Virtual Consultations

Service Description

We can arrange a meeting via FaceTime, Skype or the Zoom app at an agreed time. You will be given time to have a detailed discussion about your history, symptom presentation and concerns. A physical examination will be carried out to analyse your movement patterns and pain triggers. You will then be given clear advice about ways to self manage your symptoms and safe exercises to help. This programme will then be emailed to you. These sessions have been approved by most of the major insurance companies. Please check your individual policy for confirmation.
